long days 🌴 I fill them with words and mediation, yoga flows in the bamboo shala, a walk through the sunrise, balancing on rocks by the river. Savoring every bite of delicious food… the eggs for breakfast, giant tropical fruit for lunch, and vegetable rice paper rolls and tempeh for dinner. I sleep 10hrs a night to the sound of jungle bugs 🐜 and I make time to watch the sunrise and fall.
