It uses the tension over the stilettos/heels to hold the legs and feet in place, which makes the range of motion very small! I love it, I really enjoy the tighter ties, though the older I get the more I worry about endurance. 😅 Next time I'll try it with ratchet straps to see just how tight we can get it!
