When the doctors prescribed the diet to me, I knew right away that binge eating would start again after the diet. And so it happened. After the restrictions, I cannot restore my normal diet and I gain weight ๐ I'm trying to fix it, but it's hard. I hope that soon I will wear it again and be able to feel comfortable in my body again. I just need to restore my old regimen ๐ Have a good day everyone! ๐๐
