I’d say my new gym program is treating me prettttyyyy well✨🌸 I’ve really enjoyed getting back into heavier lifting (but my back and knees have NOOTTTTT😭), so I got this nice lifting belt that really helps take the strain off my spine!!🥰 Im at medium weight rn until I work up to heavy and start hitting maxs the next two weeks, but most of my compound lifts are anywhere from 72.5% to 95.0% of my 1RM (1 rep maximum for my non gym-goers) for several reps and about 4 sets 💜 then I move on to accessory free weight exercises and then lastly isolation machine accessories 🖤🖤 I’ll keep u beebs updated as time goes on (with posts AND pictures 😘), because this program is about 12 weeks! 🥰🥰 as always, thank u for all the luv n support beebs 🙊💕 oh, and I almost forgot!
