Update I ended up very sick after the procedure so they allowed me to stay one extra night at the hospital. I go home tomorrow morning but itโs been tough ngl and Iโve felt a bit nauseas looking at my screen. Going to take this very slow and will answer everyoneโs message when I feel better ๐ค

Be honest are you excited for Acolyte next month? Iโm going to watch but it just hasnโt grabbed my attention. I thought it was going to be a sith project with the main characters being sith. I was excited because it would have been the first Star Wars project we got to see with a sith pov. Then they announced the main character was a Jedi and Iโm just like ugh why does it always have the be Jedi? When will we get a dark sith story with the main characters being โbad guysโ that we end up rooting for? They always go back to the same stuff ๐

Sooo I know I havenโt said anything but Iโm getting double jaw surgery today ๐ literally in 2 hours. Itโs an 8 hour surgery and Iโll be very swollen afterwards. Itโs NOT a cosmetic surgery itโs 100% medicaly necessary for pain and misalignment in both my jaws that Iโve had since I was a kid. My doctor said itโs best to get it fixed now while Iโm in my prime so the recovery will be easier versus waiting to get the surgery when Iโm older. Itโs also why Iโve had braces this whole time! My surgeon wants to make sure everything is as aligned as possible before doing the procedure so I had to get braces a year in advanced. This has been planned for a long time and itโs finally here but Iโm very nervous lol. Donโt worry I already have the entire month of May queued up with content for you guys so you wonโt have to wait for anything! I may be late a day or 2 responding to DMs because I have to spent the night in the hospital but after that Iโll be back to messaging normally. Just bear with me if some content in June doesnโt show my face since Iโm not sure how soon the swelling will go down. I was told the majority of it will be gone in a few weeks but we will see ๐ค๐ผ the full recovery is 9 months but I wonโt be swollen that long so donโt worry. I also wonโt look much different either! Basically theyโre raising my lower jaw to align with my upper jaw more so my lower half of my face will be raised a little if that makes sense. Iโm excited to be able to eat and speak normally without pain for the first time in my life lol and Iโll be a lot more confident about smiling too which is nice :) I debated even saying anything but I want to be transparent with you guys since I may miss a day or 2 of responding in DMs. The recovery is gonna be pretty intense but I know it was the right decision to get the procedure done. I was expecting to be disappointed but I genuinely think itโs the best ending to a Star Wars story since ep 6. Not only was it a happy ending (which never happens in Star Wars) but it actually made sense and every characterโs arc was beautifully wrapped up. They could have done the basic thing and bring back Tech or bring in Vader for views but they didnโt and Iโm really glad. They were able to tell a beautiful story and didnโt need to rely on the Skywalker name for engagement. It just goes to show when you have a good writer you donโt need to rely on the force or lightsabers to make a good Star Wars story. Like Iโve always said Star Wars is about hope and this finale represented that. A hope of finding your place in the world and finding your family. It was just a beautiful ending to a great group of characters and Iโm so excited to see what clone related project they do next. I feel like theyโre going to do a spin off with Rex and the other clones ๐ what did you think of the finale?
